Do you ever eat something before you go for a run that you just know that you should not have eaten? I have done this, and then regretted it because I get heart burn, and the rest of my run is uncomfortable.
In life, sometimes we put things into our minds and hearts that should not be there. Sin grieves the Spirit. We are all sinners, but by God’s grace we are free from living in guilt when we accept Jesus into our lives. As Christians, let’s think on His Word an the truth so that our hearts will stay focused on the pure things. If you do not know Him, know that your heart can live in freedom from sin too.
