2Cr 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
As a runner training, one can find himself/herself bogged down with a rigorous schedule. He/she fears missing a training run or ride. Anxiety binds us to our routines sometimes. However, we cannot always make the run that we intended to run in our schedule. Sometimes, we let this one change of plan ruin our whole week. We look to find some extra training time somewhere in the week to make up for the missed appointment with the road. When we become so fixed on our schedule that we cannot enjoy the other aspects of our lives, we are not living in the freedom that God has called us to live. He does not want us bound up in rules that we cannot freely live. Christian, are you living in freedom? Searching one, do you understand the freedom that comes with a relationship with Jesus? I ask all of us to pray about the freedom of Christ in our lives. Ask Him to reveal this pleasure to you.
